| Prashant has over 20 years of experience in Structural CAD & BIM of major/minor projects from various geographical locations including, Australia, the Middle East, India, Canada, the USA, and Fiji. With his global Structural experience, Prashant is well-versed in American, British, Australian, Indian, and Middle East BIM practices. His major experience is in BIM coordination and BIM project management for Industrial facilities, water retaining structures, Multi-Family homes, and precast parking garages. As the founder, Prashant provides leadership to Syncra BIMtech with an excellent blend of strong engineering principles and modern project management. |
Farzad Dastoor
Senior Lead Engineer
| Farzad leads the Mechanical Engineering department, specializing in outsourced design solutions for international clients. With over 12 years of experience, he delivers cost effective, compliant, and scalable engineering packages across diverse industries. His expertise spans mechanical piping design, equipment layouts, pipe support configuration, and BIM model management. Farzad has successfully supported projects in the UK, US, and Middle East, adapting to regional standards, and is a certified Incorporated Engineer (IEng) with the IMechE, UK. Farzad is also a certified Incorporated Engineer (IEng) by the Institute of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) United Kingdom. |
Amol Sankpal
Senior Lead Engineer
| Amol carries 11 years of experience in Structural Engineering Design for large
industrial structures. As a Senior Lead Engineer Amol is responsible for managing
design teams, mentoring junior engineers, and steering projects focused on ESR
(elevated service reservoirs), WTP (water treatment plants), and STP (sewage
treatment plants Amol is driven by curiosity, consistency, and a passion for smart work and design automation—leveraging software tools to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and minimal repetition.
